Greenbank are delighted to have won ‘Business of the Year’ at the Business Green ‘Women in Green Business Awards.

The Women in Green Business Awards are “an opportunity to bring together the companies, individuals, and leaders striving to make the UK’s green economy more diverse, inclusive, and ultimately more productive, sustainable, and prosperous for all.”

The judges noted that:

“(Greenbank’s) dedication to promoting gender diversity and equality in a traditionally male-dominated industry is nothing short of remarkable. The judges were particularly impressed with their initiatives to enhance female representation across the organisation.”

Congratulations are also due to Stewardship and Engagement Lead Sophie Lawrence who was shortlisted for the ‘Woman of the Year’ award, and Investment Director Elizabeth Haigh who was shortlisted for the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ – in extremely competitive cross-industry categories.
